Xpansion exclusively represents Data Monsters in various sales territories and our primary focus is on the Enterprise and Mid-Sized Business sectors, where AI and GenAI product development predominantly relies on NVIDIA GPUs (used by 80% of AI companies). Our target customers are funded Startups and Scaleups, Corporates and corporate R&D departments.
Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with consulting companies within the assigned territory to offer GenAI and AI development services, and collaborate on uncovering new business opportunities.
- Sales Coverage: Sell AI services, AI Avatars, Digital Agents/Workers, Corporate AI solutions based on GenAI to customers across various sectors, including telecommunications, financial services, automotive, semiconductors, electronics, logistics, pharmaceuticals, and food & beverage. The sky is the limit.
- Global Strategic Alliance Partner Leads: Convert leads from our strategic alliance partners, who are global tech leaders and AI-first oriented large corporations.
- Business Development: Identify AI opportunities within your exclusive sales territory and develop a Go-To-Market strategy to generate a new pipeline.
- Pipeline Management: Ensure effective use of reporting and forecasting tools throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales Ownership: Lead the sales engagement from the initial meeting to closing with the most innovative customers.
- Executive Engagement: Establish relationships with key executives and decision-makers.
- Technical Solutioning: Collaborate with Data Monsters PreSales and AI tech specialists to develop AI architectures and proposals that meet customer needs.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with teams and partners to drive AI adoption and usage among customers.
- Deliver Results: Exceed Order Intake and revenue based on KPI goals for your territory.
Required Skills/Experience
- At Xpansion your years of experience, whether it’s 5 or 35 years, are valued and matched with the perfect opportunity to excel.
- for this particular role 10 years of experience in B2B direct sales are required, specializing in Management Consulting, IT Consulting Projects (including AI, ERP, CRM, BI, BPM), Technology Consulting, Enterprise software and SaaS solution sales, platforms, or infrastructure.
- Proven track record of success in the Enterprise and/or mid-sized market.
- knowledge or high affinity for GenAI, GPU, and AI services.
- Experience in engaging with C-level executives and building long-term relationships in the enterprise and mid-sized market.
- Proven track record of winning deals and delivering successful projects.
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape, including telcos, ISVs, leading AI players, and consulting companies, is an advantage.
- Fluency in English.

Training and Support
You will receive a 2 hours onboarding training. Regular training sessions and Presales support is provided by Xpansion and Data Monsters.
Communication and Reporting
The Xpansion CRM system is used for reporting, sales planing and forecasting, lead generation and conversion.
Contractual Agreements
Xpansion has an exclusive agreement to represent Data Monsters in various sales territories globally . As a Sales Development Representative, you will enter into a Commercial Agent agreement with AI Xpansion Global Ltd, granting you the authority to represent Data Monsters within your designated sales territory.
Compensation and benefits
Your compensation is based on an exceptional and rewarding commission plan. Based on target revenue and order intake achievement a bonus is paid to the Freelancer Sales Pros.
