Full-Time Talent Sales Pro

As a full-time Sales Pro Talent, you’ll join Xpansion as an integral part of our Xpansion Sales Team, dedicated to driving sales and expanding our Company client’s business reach.

You’ll receive a fixed monthly salary along with bonuses based on achieving set targets.

You have the flexibility to be employed by our Company client as a direct employee, working under the Sales Management of Xpansion. Alternatively, you may be employed directly by our Company client through an EOR, or by Xpansion itself. Regardless of the employment arrangement, you’ll always be part of the Xpansion Sales Team, collaborating with Sales Pros, Sales Management leaders from Xpansion, and our Company client.

Hybrid Sales Pro Freelancer

The hybrid model offers you the flexibility of a freelancer with the security of advance commission payments. You’ll receive 50% of the commission as monthly advance payments based on yearly targets, allowing you to cover your fixed and living costs, while still earning additional income from full commission payments after 50% target achievement.

Freelance Sales Pro
