The B2B Sales Force income model is based On Target Earning (OTE) and consists of a fixed monthly salary and a variable bonus. The variable bonus is calculated based on target revenue / order intake achievement. It can be applied for Sales Pros working employed, whether directly by Xpansion or as an EOR.
